  • When is the reception open?

    The reception is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

  • Is it possible to cancel or change an order?

  • When does the free Jerusalem tour run?

    The tour departs from Jaffa Gate at 11 AM. The three-hour tour covers all four quarters of the Old City and is a great introduction to Jerusalem. The tour is free of charge; you are welcome to tip the guide however much you think the tour was worth.

  • Can I store my luggage at the hostel?

    Of course! We offer luggage storage free of charge during your stay, and also for the day after you check out. We can also store valuables in our safe, and have lockers for guests to use on the first floor.

  • What's for breakfast?

    Breakfast is included in every reservation, and is being served in our colorful and homey lounge. Our typical vegetarian Israeli breakfast includes salads and bread, eggs, various cheese and spreads, yogurt and cereal, coffee and juice, as well as vegan options.

  • Do you have wifi internet?

    Of course! There is free wireless internet throughout the hostel.

  • Where can I park?

    The closest car park is just around the corner from the hostel (take the small road down by the waste dispenser to the left of the entrance), and costs 15 NIS per hour, up to a maximum of 70 NIS per day. It's free of charge between 8pm and 7am and on Saturdays.

  • Where's the bar?

    Our bar is on the first floor, in the summertime rooftop bar is open as well. opening hours are 6 pm-midnight every day, the happy hour between 6p,-8pm. Serving a range of local and foreign alcoholic beverages, as well as snacks and food.

  • Are there lockers?

    Free lockers are provided in all dorm rooms. A lock for the lockers can be purchased at the reception for 10NIS. We also have coin-operated lockers on the first floor which are available for all of our guests to use.

  • Can guests use the kitchen?

    For sure! Our guest kitchen is equipped with an oven, gas stove, fridges and a selection of pots, pans and dishes for cooking. Please wash up your dishes after use, so that they are available for other guests.

  • Are you wheelchair accessible?

    Whilst some guests do manage with our facilites, others struggle. We offer wheelchair-accessible room options as well as common areas and make every effort to accommodate any guests who would like to stay with us. We invite you to contact us with specific requirements.

  • How long can I stay?

    For the comfort of our guests, the maximum length of stay is 14 days in dorm rooms and 30 days in private rooms

  • How often do you clean the rooms?

    Our housekeeping team cleans all rooms daily for your comfort

  • Do I need to bring my own towels and sheets if I stay in a dorm room?

    Of course not! We provide towels and sheets to all guests free of charge. For hygiene purposes, sleeping bags are not allowed.

  • Can I volunteer?
