  • When is the reception open?

    The reception is open every day between 7:30 to 21:00. Please make sure to notify us in advance if you are arriving after reception opening hours

  • Is it possible to cancel or change an order?

    You can cancel or change orders by clicking here

  • Can I store my luggage at the hostel?

    Of course! We offer luggage storage free of charge during your stay.

  • What's for breakfast?

    A free homemade breakfast including local pastries, salad, cheese, bread, and other condiments is served from 7:30 to 10:00 am in our dinning room.

  • Do you have wifi?

    Of course! There is free wireless internet throughout the hostel, just ask reception for the password.

  • Where can I park?

    After navigating to the Tishreen restaurant in the Old City of Nazareth. There are two options for Fauzi Azar Inn parking: Covered Parking: 20-30 meters southwest of Tishreen on Annunciation Road, turn left into the underground parking structure. The price is 30 NIS per day. Street Parking: Going south, come to Tishreen and head right at the Y junction. Following the road, curve left, and park alongside the wall. After parking, simply follow the street signs pointing to the Fauzi Azar Inn.

  • Are there lockers?

    Free lockers are provided in all dorm rooms. A lock for the lockers can be purchased at the reception for 8NIS.

  • Can guests use the kitchen?

    For sure! Our guest kitchen is equipped with an oven, gas stove, fridges and a selection of pots, pans and dishes for cooking. Please wash up your dishes after use, so that they are available for other guests.

  • Are you wheelchair accessible?

    The hostel does not have specific wheelchair accessible rooms. We make every effort to accommodate any guests who would like to stay and invite you to contact us with specific requirements so we can provide more information and advice

  • How often do you clean the rooms?

    Our housekeeping team cleans all rooms daily for your comfort

  • Do I need to bring my own towels and sheets if I stay in a dorm room?

    Of course not! We provide towels and sheets to all guests free of charge. For hygiene purposes, sleeping bags are not allowed.

  • Can I volunteer?
